退換貨政策
商品退貨政策
1.如發現購買之商品有損壞,你可以在收到商品後7天內(包括星期六日及公眾假期)聯繫我們的客戶服務申請換貨。當核實申請符合退換貨品條件,我們會協助安排退換有關商品,逾期恕不受理。
2.客戶服務可能會要求你提供相片和/或影片,以核實符合退換條件。
3.我們只接受以下退貨理由:
商品有損壞/有缺陷
不是你訂購的商品
4.以下情況不接受退換,包括但不限於:
i.產品已非全新狀態,或已經使用
ii.產品已用水或清潔劑清洗過
iii.產品已受人為破損、有污漬或不完整
iv.產品與網站照片色差
v.任何免費贈品
vi.已退換一次的貨品
vii.改變心意而退貨
viii.以購物金換領的貨品
5.個人貼身用品(如口罩、PPE個人防護設備)、所有消耗品(如酒精搓手液)等基於衛生問題不設退換。
6.贈品及換領貨品不能退換成現金或其他產品。
7.拍攝光線、手機或電腦顯示屏等因素均有可能造成相片色差,產品顏色以實物為準。
8.如同款產品經已售罄,可換同等或低於原本購買價值之產品,或補差價較高價值之產品。如退換至較原本價值低之產品,餘額不設退款。(產品價值以申請退換貨當日之單件價格為準)。
換貨方法
1.收到貨品後7天(包括星期六日及公眾假期)聯繫我們的客戶服務要求換貨,並出示訂單或收據以作證明,獲得確認後寄回本公司辦公室換貨。
2.所有退換貨過程中來回運費需由客戶承擔。
3.運費不設償還。
4.若未能提供訂單或收據資料以作證明,恕不接受退貨。
5.我們在收到你的退件後,將於五個工作天內(不包括星期六日及公眾假期)為你安排辦理退換貨流程。
6.所有退換貨將直接以順豐運費到付形式寄回。
7.任何未經申請及確定/不符合退換貨條件之商品,將不獲得處理,並將直接將順豐運費到付形式寄回,不作另行通知,客人需自行承擔所產生的任何費用及風險。
退款方法
1.客戶下單前需清楚明白條款及細則,訂單成立後,恕不接受任何私人理由要求取消或退款。如閣下透過本店訂購產品/服務,即代表閣下接受並同意受購買條款及細則約束。本店有權自行更改條款及細則,而不作通知,客戶有責任於下單購買前細閱條款及細則。
2.被接納的退款會在14個工作天內安排。
3.已使用的購物金不設退還或兌成現金。
4.訂單一經確認一般會在付款後5個工作天(不包括星期六、日及公眾假期)內出貨,由於運輸寄送所需時間不能準確預計,如我們已安排於5個工作天內出貨但因運送延誤,將不接受退款。
繁體中文及英文版本如有分別及歧義,以繁體中文版本為準。本公司“CATRACTER”會不時修改上述條款及細則,而不作通知,如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。
Merchandise Return Policy
1. If you find that the purchased product is damaged, you can contact our customer service to apply for a replacement within 7 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receiving the product. When it is verified that the application meets the conditions for return and exchange of goods, we will assist in arranging the return of the relevant goods. Overdue will not be accepted.
2. Customer service may ask you to provide photos and/or videos to verify compliance with return conditions.
3. We only accept the following return reasons:
The item is damaged/defective
Not what you ordered
4. Returns are not accepted in the following situations, including but not limited to:
i. The product is not new or has been used
ii. The product has been washed with water or detergent
iii. The product has been artificially damaged, stained or incomplete
iv. Color difference between product and website photos
v. Any free gift
vi. Goods that have been returned once
vii. Change of mind and return
viii. Items redeemed with shopping credits
5. Personal personal items (such as masks, PPE personal protective equipment), all consumables (such as alcohol hand sanitizer), etc. will not be returned or exchanged based on hygiene issues.
6. Gifts and redemption items cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
7. Factors such as shooting light, mobile phone or computer screen may cause color difference in the photo, and the product color shall prevail in kind.
8. If a product of the same type has been sold out, it can be exchanged for a product of the same or lower value than the original purchase value, or a product of higher value with the difference in price. If the product is returned to a product with a lower value than the original value, the balance will not be refunded. (The value of the product is based on the unit price on the date of application for return and exchange).
Exchange method
1. 7 days after receiving the goods (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), contact our customer service to request a replacement, and present the order or receipt as proof, and send it back to our office for replacement after confirmation.
2. All round-trip freight in the process of return and exchange shall be borne by the customer.
3. Shipping fee is not refundable.
4. If the order or receipt information is not provided as proof, no return will be accepted.
5. After we receive your return, we will arrange the return process for you within five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
6. All returns and exchanges will be sent directly by SF Express.
7. Any product that has not been applied for and confirmed/does not meet the conditions for return or exchange will not be processed, and will be sent back directly to SF Express in the form of pay-on-collect without further notice, and the customer shall bear any costs and risks incurred .
refund method
1. Customers need to clearly understand the terms and conditions before placing an order. After the order is established, any personal reason for cancellation or refund will not be accepted. 2. Accepted refunds will be arranged within 14 working days.
3. The used shopping credit will not be refunded or exchanged into cash.
4. Once the order is confirmed, it will generally be shipped within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after payment. Since the time required for transportation and delivery cannot be accurately estimated, if we have arranged to ship within 5 working days However, refunds will not be accepted due to shipping delays.
If there is any discrepancy or ambiguity between the traditional Chinese and English versions, the traditional Chinese version shall prevail. The company “CATRACTER” will modify the above terms and conditions from time to time without notice. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
